Leighton talks about how what Rātā has learned on its cultural journey has changed how Rātā sees itself and how it works with the community to build relationships and gain access to communities of need previously closed off to them. They have taken what they have learned walking alongside Māori to guide how Rātā works with all communities. He also discusses how Rātā has grown its leadership capacity, making sure that as leaders, they understand what we're doing and why they are doing it.
