Nuk talks about how Rātā demonstrates Aroha ki te Tangata – Love and Care for All People - through their mahi.   He highlights that there have been mistakes made along the way as Rātā engaged with Māori but that success of the journey can be measured by the willingness of the Rātā board and staff to step outside their comfort zone and listen and learn – taking up the wero – and enabling their cultural confidence to be able to then relate that when they go out into the community.
