Marion loves that Rātā puts people and communities first and this was a prime motivator for her to join the organisation.  She enjoys her role as Grants Administrator, particularly around supporting the Community Investment team to have everything they need to do their best work, which has a flow on effect for the communities Rātā support.

Marion relishes the opportunity to see the impact community organisations, both large and small, can do make their mahi to benefit their communities.  The support they provide is often life-changing for people.
