Being able to see first-hand and be a part of that mahi was a big drawcard for him.

Although, he is no stranger to Rātā having spent several years working in Accounting and Finance roles, notably as part of the KPMG auditing team that make a yearly visit to Rātā. 

When he’s not using his financial analyst superpowers, Tim likes to travel, spend time with his partner and puppy, and keep up to date with the world of sport – particularly football and cricket. 

Tim is passionate about being able to give back and help support a more equitable and sustainable society – where everyone has the same opportunities to thrive.

He says that working with good people who are trying to make a difference was what drew him to Rātā and then knowing that through his own contribution he will be helping to create some tangible benefit for people and the wider community was what sealed it.
